4 Rounds of…
50 JR
10 Burpees
5 Double Unders
20 Burpees
30 sec required rest
That was not kind on the lungs. I stopped a few extra times with music issues and still the 30 secs was needed!!!!
I finished in 13mins and I felt I did terrible (pace was not great) but lets get some others to try it.
11:44….good one, coughing too….no breaks during burpees, did them at a good steady pace instead of fast and furious…definitely needed the 30 sec break
