3 rounds for time of the following

A round consists of this…

1 min push ups for counted reps

10 calorie row

20 sit ups

1 minute of ring rows or DB rows for counted reps

10 calorie row

20 sit ups

1 min air squats for counted reps

10 calorie row

20 sit ups

THS IS 1 ROUND  РREPEAT 3X

Score = report total (across all 3 rounds) of Push Ups, total of Ring Rows, total Air Squats PLUS overall finish time to get ALL the work done.

If you don’t have a rower replace the 10 calorie row with 400 jump ropes.
