Sit Ups (weighted if doing the Spartan)

Step Jumps (try to jump onto 1st or 2nd step of a regular staircase)

Sit Thurs (R/L= 2)

Do the following WOD for time  (aka as fast as you can crank this out) and post results!

First 40 of each, than 30, than 20 than 10

    8:51 used 15 pound medicine ball for sit ups

    Sit thru’s getting better – ass off the ground now but with my knee, I did half the number of sit thru’s and the other half push ups – ex. For 40, did 20 sits and 20 push ups. 10 pound weight used for sit ups.

    11:min exactly -Despise sit-thrus! /used 15# for situps/ adapted jumps to step up cuz’ of achilles injury

    snow day – no CF for me, so I caught up on some homework! 10:54, 15 lb dumbbell, step ups because of my cranky foot (R/L = 1)
