Virtual Training with Coach Chrissy
Virtual training means I send you workouts, you do them wherever you are and report results back to me. It’s a cost effective way of adding some kick ass workouts and accountability to your week. The tracking of reps and times allows us to both monitor your progress and hold you accountable to get the work done. I will custom design the workouts for what you have available to you. For example, if you have steps, dumbbells and a jump rope, that’s a great start! Or perhaps you want to do these workouts at the local gym, your dorm, or perhaps you are on vacation or a business trip. I will be your virtual trainer making sure life and hectic schedules do not become excuses to skip workouts!
$80 for 1 workout a week for 8 weeks (8 Virtual Workouts)
$125 for 2 workouts a week for 8 weeks (16 Virtual Workouts)
This is a much less expensive alternative to Personal Training. We will get together occasionally to demonstrate proper form and review new moves.
