This was for Karla who turned 51 and Mitch who turned 42.

18 Min AMRAP starting with a 1 time round of 16 Sit Thrus R/L=2.  Followed by

X Squats

X Cardio Sit Ups

X jump ropes

Y Burpees and Z laps

Girls X=51 Y=5 and Z=1

Boys X=42 Y=4 and Z=1
