EMOTM do 5 burpees followed by as many Thrusters as you can before the min ends. TYpically a 15 sec warning is given before each minute ends. WOD ends after you’ve knocked out 100 thrusters. Record time. Rx 135M/95W

EMOTM 5 Burpees plus as many Thrusters as you can get in the remaining minute. WOD ends when you have completed 100 Thrusters. Record time it took to get 100 thrusters in! This one we just recorded # reps as we were just testing it out! Very hard.

1 Min per exercise, 5 exercises. Record total # reps accumulated in 5 mins. Perform 3 rounds. Wall Ball, Cardio Sit Ups, Push Press, Burpee to hop over & back, and Dips. Rx 95M/65W on PP and 16# or greater for Men on WB/14# or greater for Women.
