As Many Rounds as Possible in 16 mins of;

100 jump ropes

3 burpees

Full Flight of Steps (at least 13 steps)

NEWBIES – do 12  Min AMRAP (vs. 16 min).

    Did the homework but waaaayyyy too embarrassed to post my score – lets just say it was LOW single digits…..the jump roping along takes me forever…still learning!!

    Ok I did this but changed it to 5 burpees with a goal of 10 rounds to fit in all 50 burpees. 13 steps, 11 rounds plus 15 JR.

    Debbie.FYI: it took me over 9 months to learn how to swing the jumprope. I still can’t do 1 double under and it’s been almost 3 years!!! You’re doing great!
