Report your time for each WOD. This is FAST and HARD! Do it up!
WOD 1
22 Inverted Burpees (or sit up to stand to V push up)
22 Box or Curb Jumps
22 Burpees

20 push up
500 jump ropes
20 push ups
WOD 1 – 4:07
WOD 2 – 4:00 (did 2 rounds of 11 each instead of 22 of each in a row, used a 12 inch riser for step jumps). – I did this all outside as it seemed only fair to do in the cold – since the CF workout was partly outside today too.
