4 rounds for time of…(2 rounds for newbies) of the following…

30 Burpee to curb jumps (Burpee close to a step or curb and instead of a jump at end of each burpee, jump onto the curb/step.

40 up/downs off a curb (where you step as fast as you can up onto a step/curb with right foot, then left foot, than step down with right and  down with left….where up/up down/down = 1).

50 jump ropes

On a good note –  4 rounds get your 200 JR’s done  for the Bonus Points if doing the Nutrition Challenge!  See News and Events for Nutrition Challenge.

    This sounds very sucky, you mentioned the 200 JR but not the 120 burpees…….

    OK, I did it 4 rounds in 15:32 ….absolutely one of the hardest homework…WOW!!!Come on Chrissy, I know you can do it in about 14…

    This is the workout Stacey was referring to and I remember it being really good!

    2013 Stacey got 15:32 and today (2014) she got 15:02
