8 rounds for time (5 for newbies).
20 Mountain Climbers (see video below), 5 Hand Stand Push Ups (or elevated Push Ups), 20 Jump Jacks (hands touch on each one).
Once you do this WOD you will understand why it’s named accordingly:) Hike em up!
Well last night I did this homework assignment, 8 reps with elevated push-ups in 13:02!! When I was finished I was breathing very heavy with sweat rolling down my brow, it was much harder then I expected. Glad this was homework cuz it is definately best to do with no shirt on (sports bra only)!! Hence “clothing disaster”. Thanks Chrissy for the homework It keeps me motivated and challenged!!!

8 rounds done! I did RL=2 on Mtn Climbers and did HSPU
And got 8 rounds in 6:14.

I did the 8 rounds in 8:17, no elevated pushups though, just normal because I couldn’t find anything in the small corner of the gym I was working in that was elevated. (The gym has been packed, lets hope once the new years resolution kick dies down I will have more room to do my crossfit homework).
Just did this homework…finished 8 rounds in 8:09. Sweating!! Going to keep track and try to better my time!!
