PH Row Song Repeated Feb 13 (Compare to Feb 6, 2013)

Each team of 3 or 4 rotated thru stations after each song ended. The Pace Horse Rowers rowed for calories til the song was over.
There were 10 stations of single or double exercises and teams of 3 or 4 rotated from Station 10,9,8,7…to 1. After Station 1 your team of 3 or 4 headed to the rowers and rowed for calories for the whole song. If there were more people than rowers, the extra(s) jumped rope and added those reps. The more advanced members were to start closer to 10, and newbies closer to 1. This ensures the advanced folks were exhausted before they hit the rowers:) And it gave newbies a chance to beat their scores! In cases where folks had those jumping rope in addition to rowing, those scores are much higher….But in comparing just row calories – the design worked – Newbies kicked butt! Newbies are listed first in the order as they hit the rowers first…and more advanced teams listed last. Compare this to Feb 6th WOD also posted here…But on Feb 6 every team had a person jumping rope…so remove about 200 reps to compare calories.
